⭐ 5‑Star Review for Ms. Jonnie Walls ⭐ I want to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Jonnie Walls, the Administrative Assistant at my dentist’s office. She demonstrated exceptional persistence and professionalism while helping resolve a reimbursement issue with my dental insurance provider that had been delayed for more than four months. Ms. Walls consistently followed up by phone and email, often resubmitting information the insurance company had already received or correcting details that were never properly entered into their workflow. She stayed engaged throughout the entire process, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Thanks to her diligence and unwavering commitment, the reimbursement was finally processed. Her dedication, patience, and advocacy on my behalf went far beyond standard administrative support. Ms. Walls is truly an asset to the practice, and I am deeply grateful for her outstanding service.

I decided that this month being my 20th anniversary of getting dental care from the Washington Dentistry that I should give the gift sharing my feedback on my 20 year experience with Washington Center for Dentistry with anyone looking for a dentist. It is a first class dental practice. the doctors and other personnel deeply care for their patients. I was visiting Washington DC for meetings in October 2005 and needed urgent dental care and decided to try Washington Center for Dentistry. This first visit began a 20 year relationship which started with late Dr Doctors and Dr Fordjour. Dr Fordjour has remained the compassionate and excellent professional I met in 2005. He also has a great team. Rosa, Rachel and Leila are exemplary. Most significant is that I live outside of the USA and continue to have my Washington Center for Dentistry as my primary dental clinic. They have always been flexible and ensure they accommodate me whenever I visit. Their practice continues to innovate, have state of the art equipment, use best practices and have the highest levels of care and hygiene. I recommend them highly

I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews for service providers. I’ve been coming to this practice for the past 15 years and have had the good fortune to work with Dr. Richard P. Fordjour for 5 of these. He represents the best of the best in this industry. He takes the time to explain treatment options and does not use pressure tactics. It’s clear from the first interaction that he put more weight on maintaining long-term relationships than upselling. As an added benefit, his office is always extremely hygienic, prompt, and organized. And the location cannot be beaten.

“I traveled from Manhattan to DC to do my Invisalign with Dr. Fordjour. I cannot rave about their level of skill, attentiveness and flexibility when scheduling enough. Dr. Fordjour and his team were incredible and made each trip 1000% worth it. If you are hesitant to travel to DC for your dental care take it from me- it’s absolutely unquestionably worth it! “After my dentist of 20+ yrs retired from this practice, I became a patient of Dr Tenaja on the advice of my dental hygienist. Unfortunately I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr Tenaja could not have been more compassionate to this dentist-phobic patient. He explained everything, reassured me and answered all my questions. This not-so-pleasant procedure went very smoothly because of Dr Tenaja’s expertise and gentle touch. I never thought I could trust another dentist after mine retired, but Dr T has my trust, confidence and gratitude. If you’re looking for a compassionate, expert and understanding dentist, I can’t recommend Dr Tenaja highly enough.”
