I’ve been a patient at Washington Center for Dentistry since 1990 — first under the extraordinary care of Dr. Deutsch until his retirement, and now with the equally expert Dr. Katsaros. Across the many procedures I’ve had over the years — from implants to laser treatments — the doctors and staff have been a godsend. One thing I’ve especially appreciated is how consistently they’ve kept me pain-free, which has always been a tremendous relief whenever I arrived feeling anxious about treatment. Dr. Katsaros is unfailingly positive, energetic, and deeply reassuring. He communicates a genuine joy in his work, and that immediately puts patients at ease. He’s also been remarkably effective at finding creative solutions to several longstanding dental problems I’ve faced over the years, and every one of those solutions has worked. The Hygiene Team and Dental Assistants are wonderful as well. Special shout-outs to Annie and Maria for their exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism. I truly can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

First rate dental hygienist (Alyssa), whom I have had for more than 15 years. My current dentist, Dr. Katsaros, also seems great. These people are highly competent and personable.

Dr. Katsaros fixed a very difficult problem with my bite that was the result of a previous dental procedure I’d had done years before with a different dentist. I didn’t think anyone would understand my problem but Dr Kat cracked the code. I don’t write reviews often but this dentistry certainly deserves 5 stars. You can trust these guys.

I used to think cosmetic dentistry was afforded to people who wanted to make a good impression. But I now know your smile is what starts and ends your day It traumatically affects your energy level and many decisions along the way because you feel differently about yourself and particularly about your age I originally came to Dr Katsaros because he was highly recommended and my regular dentist had said to me that I need extensive dental work. Dr Katsaros was so honest he explained to me that my situation was not nearly as dire as it had been presented to me by the other dentist. His honesty gained my respect and confidence. So I wanted to find out more about what options I did have for whatever I did need done. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and I decided to move forward with basically a completely new smile That smile truly encourage me to just take better care of myself overall. Since that appointment I have lost 40 pounds, I exercise daily, I have a very different outlook on being 69 years old. I now know I am entering the last third of my life and I am unfortunate because of Dr. Katis work to do it with a beautiful smile I recently took this picture with my newest granddaughter and when my husband shared it, people thought that the child was seated with hwr mother. I was so flattered Please know your smile can be a great gift to yourself.Grateful to Dr. Katsaros, and his staff who took such great care of me and gave me beautiful results.

“No one really wants to need gum grafts, but if you do need them, you want an excellent doctor to conduct the surgery. Dr. Matin is wonderful, warm, and top notch. He has done two grafts on me (five years ago; they’ve healed beautifully), and I’m scheduled for a third. Additionally, everyone in his office is so incredibly nice and helpful!”
